  • Next day answers to your technical team for:
    • Advice on bugs and system issues that may need expert advice;
    • Code reviews for pull requests or major new code;
    • Questions around existing code and architecture;
    • Best practices, optimisation techniques, or other in-depth technical queries;
    • Any other technical issues they may have.
  • Weekly review of system performance, including bug investigation and triage.
  • A monthly call with your technical team to discuss process improvements and education.
  • A monthly review of development workflows, including recommendations around efficiency and stability.

All of our plans include a monthly written report detailing all the feedback provided during the month, any incidents that occurred, and any additional recommendations.

IT Manager

The IT Manager plan is designed for organisations with a less experienced technical team, or those with a very active project that is critical to the business.

The IT Manager plan provides next business day access to our entire team for advice and questions around both technical and management areas, including one-on-one coaching sessions with your team and extended project management support.

Our team of experts is a more effective alternative to a full time resource - one of which might cost $120k, and only be experienced in a fraction of the technologies that our team can provide.

Depending on your needs, our IT Manager plan may include any of the services provided under the Senior Developer plan above, plus:

  • One-on-one coaching calls with your team, including developing both technical and soft skills, pairing on technical problems, goal setting, and in depth code reviews.
  • A weekly review of project status, resourcing and availability to ensure that your projects and technical team are completing work efficiently.
  • Periodic review of team member skills to help identify areas where additional training or resources could help improve their work.

CTO for Hire

The CTO for Hire plan is designed to provide your organisation with technical direction across all your IT and technology needs, ensuring a cohesive system that supports your entire operation.

It's not uncommon for full time salaries to be upwards of $150k per year, without even considering overheads or the time required to win over a suitable candidate.

The CTO for Hire plan provides this same level of expertise with next business day access to our entire team for technical and management support, in addition to long term strategic guidance. Depending on your needs, this may include any of the services provided under the Senior Developer and IT Manager plans above, plus:

  • Meetings and discussions with key staff to ensure any existing IT infrastructure remains effective, and help ensure a cohesive vision for any new IT infrastructure.
  • Hands on involvement with planning technology projects within your organisation.
  • Periodic review of new changes and developments in the industry that may be able to be applied within the business, including a review of the business benefits of each.
